Welcome to Shiplap and Spice

For over 20 years, I dedicated my life to caring for others as a Registered Nurse. It was work I loved deeply. But when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and my condition progressed, my world changed. The career I cherished, the kids' activities, the simple joy of wandering through a home store on a Saturday afternoon ~ those things became out of reach.

Now I spend most of my time at home. And I've learned that home needs to feel like more than four walls. It needs warmth. Comfort. Beauty in the small things.

Shiplap and Spice was born from that need. I curate things I genuinely love ~ pieces that make a home feel like a sanctuary ~ and I share them with you. Shopping is still one of my greatest joys, and now I get to do it in a way that works for my life and brings something meaningful to yours.
